Additional Costs
★Heavy gore +$5★Rushed order +$10★Extra characters = base price x character number
(Ex. if you commissioned a fullbody ($25) with three (3) people then the cost would be 25x3=$75)
(All characters past 5 characters are half price. If you wanted a fullbody ($25) with six (6) people then you would pay $125 for the first five and $12.50 for the sixth character. Together the final price would be $137.50.)★Commercial rights = base price x 10
(Ex. if you commissioned a fullbody ($25) then the cost with commercial rights would be 25x10=$250)
Payment
Payment will be made fully upfront via PayPal in USD. If you want to pay a different way make sure to message me first so we can get it sorted out.Once paid the turn around time is less than a month!

By ordering a commission from me, Revierr (“the Artist”), you (“the Client”) agree to be legally bound to the following Terms of Service below. If the Client fails to follow the following terms then the commission may be canceled or rejected with or without a refund. Depending on the severity of the violation, the Client may be blacklisted from the Artist’s store. Please note that these Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notice.These Terms of Service are in effect as of February 11, 2023Any statement is subject to change if discussed with the Artist, prior to the commission.I- GENERAL TERMS
1★ The Artist may refuse or cancel a commission with or without explanation.
(See Section V for information on refunds)2★ The Client may cancel a commission at any point with an explanation
(See Section V for information on refunds)3★ The Artist may add any commissioned pieces to a portfolio or social media platform unless asked otherwise.4★ If the Client has anything at all that needs to be clarified then the Client is heavily encouraged to contact the Artist through social media. (Twitter, Toyhouse, Discord)II- IMAGE RIGHTS
1★ The Client may edit the commissioned piece if the Client desires.2★ The Client may use and upload the commissioned piece for non-commercial use with credit to the Artist and a link back to any of the Artist’s social media.3★ The Client may NOT use the commissioned work commercially without commercial rights.4★ No commissioned works may be used in AI art algorithms.III- DELIVERY / TURNAROUND
1♡ All Images will be done digitally2★ Unless specified otherwise, the image will be delivered as a PNG with dimensions that are around 2000px * 2000px. The Client may suggest a different canvas size, this will not affect the price of the commission.3★ All commissions will be sent via e-mail with the PNG file attached.4★ Depending on the commission, the estimated turnaround time is normally one (1) month. If the artist is not able to finish the commission within the month then the Client will be notified of the status of the commission.IV- PAYMENT
1★ All payments will be received via Paypal invoices.2★ All prices are set in USD (United States Dollar). The Client may use a currency converter.3★ The Client is not required to pay extra for any Paypal fees.4★ Invoices must be paid within 72 hours after the invoice is generated. If the invoice is not paid in the allotted time then the commission may be canceled.V- REFUNDS
1★ If the Client cancels the commission then the Client will be refunded based on the progress of the commission.
-65% refunded if the commission is in the lineart or finishing sketch stage
-50% refunded if the commission is in the base colors stage
-25% refunded if the commission is in the shading or final touches stage
(The Client will not receive any images of the commission if they refund their purchase)2★ If the artist cancels a commission for any reason then the Client will get a 100% refund and the progress images of the commission.3★ Refunds will be given within 72 hours after correspondence.4★ If the client is dissatisfied with the commission, the Artist is willing to discuss and make minor edits (ex. Color adjustments), up to a maximum of two (2) times after correspondence. Any major corrections (reposing, different backgrounds, color scheme changes, ect.) will be rejected. Please make the proper adjustments in the earlier stages of the commission.
-The only major corrections that will be accepted are details specified in the order form that the Artist missed. (ex. Tattoos, specific pose request, different color request)5★ The Client will not be refunded for being dissatisfied with the commission.VI- COMMISSION PROCESS
The following is the regular process a commission will take!1★ The Client orders the commission through the Google Form linked by the artist.2★ The Artist contacts the Client via their preferred methods to verify the commission order. The Artist will simultaneously send an invoice using Paypal. Once the invoice is paid upfront the Artist will begin the commission.3★ After the sketch is finished the Artist will send it to the Client for approval. If the client needs any major revisions then this is when it should be requested. The commission will continue if the Artist is approved.4★ The Artist will send the final product for approval. Any minor necessary changes are done at this stage.5★ When the final is approved, it will be mailed to the provided email and the commission will be completed.CREDITS
