Terms of Service

By ordering a commission from me, Revierr (“the Artist”), you (“the Client”) agree to be bound to the following Terms of Service below. If the Client fails to follow the following terms then the commission may be canceled or rejected with or without a refund. Depending on the severity of the violation, the Client may be blacklisted from the Artist’s store. Please note that these Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notice.These Terms of Service are in effect as of July 25, 2024.I- GENERAL TERMS
1★ The Artist may refuse or cancel a commission with or without explanation.
(See Section V for information on refunds)2★ The Client may cancel a commission at any point.
(See Section V for information on refunds)3★ The Artist may add any commissioned pieces to a portfolio or social media platform unless asked otherwise.II- IMAGE RIGHTS
1★ The Client may edit the commissioned piece. If the edited image is shared publicly, the Client must clarify it is edited.2★ The Client may publicly share the commission with credit.3★ The Client may NOT use the commissioned work commercially without commercial rights. If the Client wants commercial rights, they may be purchased before a commission has started, or after a commission's completion.4★ No commissioned works may be used for generative AI data, nor sold as NFTs.III- DELIVERY / TURNAROUND
1★ All Images will be done digitally2★ Static commissioned works will be delivered as a PNG, and animated commissions will be MP4s. The client may request different file types.3★ Specific commission dimensions may be requested for free.4★ All commissions excluding animation have a max turn-around time of one month.IV- PAYMENT
1★ All payments will be received via Paypal invoices or VGen.2★ All prices are set in USD (United States Dollar). The Client may use a currency converter.3★ The Client is NOT required to pay extra for Paypal service fees.4★ Invoices must be paid within a week after the invoice is generated unless otherwise stated. If the invoice is not paid in the allotted time then the commission may be canceled.V- REFUNDS
1★ If the Client cancels the commission then the Client will be refunded based on the progress of the commission. Afterwords, the Client may keep the progress images of the commission.
_{-75% refunded if the commission is in the line art or sketch stage.
-50% refunded if the commission is in the base colors stage.
-Fully rendered pieces will not be refunded.}

2★ If the artist cancels a commission then the Client will get a 100% refund and the progress images of the commission.VI- COMMISSION PROCESS
The following is the regular process a commission will take!1★ The Client orders the commission through direct message, or any other available forms.2★ The Artist contacts the Client via their preferred methods to verify the commission order. The payment will go through either VGen or Paypal invoices depending on where the Client contacted the Artist. The Artist will begin the commission after full upfront payment.3★ After the sketch is finished the Client must approve it. If the client needs any major revisions then this is when it should be requested. The commission will continue if the sketch is approved.4★ The Artist will send the final product for approval. Any minor necessary changes are done at this stage.5★ When the final is approved, it will be sent to the Client's preferred contact and marked complete.
